AI Ready@Work: Preparing for the Future—Together
Across our organization, we’ve begun an important journey called AI Ready@Work—a step forward in how we prepare for the future of work in an increasingly AI‑enabled world. While this initiative has initially rolled out to our core internal teams, it marks the beginning of a broader learning path that our wider employee community can look forward to over time.
AI Ready@Work is anchored in learning and awareness. It is about building a shared understanding of what AI is, how it can support work, and how people remain central to everything we do. We see AI not as a replacement for people, but as a co‑pilot—an enabler that helps teams focus on judgment, problem‑solving, and collaboration while technology supports efficiency and insight.
As this journey evolves, future programs will expand AI education and awareness to more employees, including our offshore teams supporting clients. These learning opportunities will focus on practical understanding, responsible use, and confidence—ensuring everyone is equipped to navigate and participate in an AI‑informed workplace at the right time.
At every stage, our commitment remains clear: AI will be used responsibly, securely, and ethically. As we continue to learn and grow, AI Ready@Work reflects our promise to prepare people—not just systems—for what’s next, building a future where technology and human capability move forward together.
