Being recognised as a Great Place to Work® for the fourth year in a row is a milestone we’re incredibly proud of, but for us, it’s never just about the badge. It’s about the people behind it, the culture we’ve built together, and the moments throughout the year that bring our values to life.
The Great Place to Work® certification reflects what our people experience every day: trust, inclusion, growth, and a strong sense of belonging. Achieving this recognition for the fourth consecutive year reinforces that our commitment to culture isn’t a one-off initiative—it’s embedded in how we work, lead, and support one another.
We celebrated this milestone in true Satellite Office style—with free drinks for all employees. It was our way of saying thank you and recognising the collective effort that goes into making our workplace a great one.

One of the most memorable moments of the year was our Halloween celebration, where employees’ kids and families joined in the festivities. From creative costumes to shared activities and laughter, the event highlighted what we value most—connection, inclusion, and the understanding that our people’s lives extend beyond work. It was a joyful reminder that culture is built not just in meetings, but in moments like these.
We closed the year with our biggest Year-End Party (YEP) to date, bringing teams together to celebrate a year of growth, resilience, and shared success. The energy in the room reflected the pride our people feel in what they’ve accomplished together—and the strong sense of community that defines Satellite Office.
