NEW FINANCIAL YEAR, NEW OPPORTUNITIES TO LEARN AND GROW
A new financial year brings new opportunities to strengthen capabilities, embrace emerging technologies, and prepare our people for the changing needs of the workplace.
As we begin FY27, we are expanding our learning ecosystem through new experiences, broader content access, and curated learning resources designed to support the continued development of the teams who serve our clients.
THE SO-LEAD ELEVATE: AI READY@WORK LEARNING SUMMIT
Our much-awaited SO-LEAD ELEVATE: AI Ready@Work Learning Summit recently brought employees together for a series of engaging and practical learning experiences focused on artificial intelligence.
This year’s summit focused on building practical AI awareness, confidence, and capability across our workforce. Through a range of activities, employees had the opportunity to explore how AI can support everyday work while reinforcing the importance of responsible and thoughtful use.
Activities included:
- AI Ready@Work Hackathon – a team-based challenge where participants tackled a real-world scenario by developing effective prompts and demonstrating the results generated through AI.
- AI Playground – a fun, hands-on experience where employees explored AI through interactive activities, experimented with different tools, and discovered practical ways to apply AI at work.
- Raffle Draw – employees earned entries by participating in Learning Summit activities and completing courses from our AI Fluency playlists, giving them the chance to win gadgets and Giftaway points in our annual draw.
The summit formed part of our broader commitment to preparing our people for an AI-enabled workplace—helping teams develop the skills and confidence to use emerging technologies effectively while keeping human judgment, accountability, responsible use, and client needs at the center.
More Learning, More Possibilities with Cornerstone Platinum
This financial year, we are expanding our learning content through our new Cornerstone Platinum subscription, giving employees continued access to a wide range of relevant learning resources in a simpler, more flexible way.
While the content itself remains broad and comprehensive, the way it is organized is evolving. Instead of being separated into distinct content areas, learning resources can now be curated into playlists and pathways that make it easier to highlight the topics, skills, and learning experiences most relevant to our people and business needs.
This new setup gives us greater flexibility to shape the learning experience and is also an important step in preparing for a bigger change coming to our LMS later this FY.
For learners, this means more ways to discover useful content and a learning experience that will continue to evolve alongside the needs of the organization.
Our Newest Library Topic: SO Playlist – AI Ready@Work
Building on the momentum of this year’s Learning Summit, we are also introducing our new SO Playlist – AI Ready@Work library topic, a curated learning destination designed to help employees develop AI capability at different stages of their learning journey.
The library includes:

- Ethics and Responsible Use
- For Frontline End-Users
- Generative AI and Conversational Tools
- Role-Based AI Playlists
Our role-based playlists provide more targeted AI learning for employees working in Data Science, DevOps, Finance, Human Resources, IT, Marketing, Product Management, and Software Development.
Together, these learning opportunities support our commitment to building a workforce that is adaptable, digitally capable, and prepared to continue delivering value in an increasingly AI-enabled business environment.
