What's New in SO-LEAD?

New Financial Year, New Ways to Learn

Welcome to FY27! A new financial year means new goals, new opportunities, and new ways to grow—and there is plenty to explore in SO-LEAD.

From our recently concluded Learning Summit to expanded learning content and a new AI library topic, we're starting the year with more opportunities to build skills, explore emerging technology, and take charge of your development.

Looking Back at the SO-LEAD ELEVATE: AI Ready@Work Learning Summit

After months of preparation, our SO-LEAD ELEVATE: AI Ready@Work Learning Summit brought together learning, experimentation, and a little friendly competition as employees explored how AI can support the way we work.

This year’s summit was all about building confidence and practical skills in using AI. Whether you were just starting to explore AI or already using it in your day-to-day work, the activities gave everyone a chance to try something new, test their skills, and see AI in action.

Some of the highlights included:

• AI Ready@Work Hackathon – teams put their prompt-writing skills to the test by working through a real-world challenge and creating prompts designed to generate the best possible results.
• AI Playground – employees got hands-on with AI through interactive activities, experimented with different tools, and explored practical ways AI can support everyday work.
• Raffle Draw – participation in Learning Summit activities and completion of courses from our AI Fluency playlists earned learners entries to our annual draw, with gadgets and Giftaway points up for grabs.

Thank you to everyone who took part, explored, experimented, and made the summit a success. The learning doesn’t stop here—keep building on what you discovered and look for ways to apply AI thoughtfully and responsibly in your work.

More Learning, More Possibilities with Cornerstone Platinum

There’s even more learning to explore this FY27.

Our content provider, Cornerstone, is expanding our learning content through its Platinum subscription, giving you access to an even broader range of courses and learning resources in SO-LEAD.

This means more courses can be added over time, with a wider variety of topics to support different roles, interests, and development goals. Whether you want to build technical skills, strengthen leadership capabilities, explore professional development topics, or learn something new, there will be more opportunities to find content that fits your needs.

This expansion is also an important step as we prepare for a bigger change coming to our LMS later this FY.
