From multiple sites, our teams showed up curious and left empowered to play a more active role in our hiring success. So why does this matter? Because at Satellite Office, we believe building a strong team is a shared goal. With **TeamTailor**, it’s now easier than ever for our recruitment team and our employees to contribute to that goal through faster referrals, transparent application tracking, and a more intuitive experience for everyone involved. This also means better recruitment velocity, higher-quality talent, and stronger engagement from day one, all supported by a platform that prioritises people and performance. ![Media-3](https://blog.satelliteoffice.com.au/hs-fs/hubfs/Media-3.jpg?width=350&height=467&name=Media-3.jpg)![Media (1)-1](https://blog.satelliteoffice.com.au/hs-fs/hubfs/Media%20(1)-1.jpg?width=350&height=467&name=Media%20(1)-1.jpg)![shared image (3)](https://blog.satelliteoffice.com.au/hs-fs/hubfs/shared%20image%20(3).jpg?width=350&height=467&name=shared%20image%20(3).jpg)![Media (2)-1](https://blog.satelliteoffice.com.au/hs-fs/hubfs/Media%20(2)-1.jpg?width=350&height=467&name=Media%20(2)-1.jpg) *Thank you to everyone who joined us on the road, and welcome to the new era of recruitment at Satellite Office!* ![Satellite Office](https://blog.satelliteoffice.com.au/hs-fs/hubfs/Signature_logo.jpg?width=100&height=100&name=Signature_logo.jpg) #### Written by [Satellite Office](https://blog.satelliteoffice.com.au/en/author/satelliteoffice) [www.satelliteoffice.com.au](http://www.satelliteoffice.com.au) Suite 702 17 Castlereagh St Sydney NSW 2000 Australia 1300 305 603 Copyright 2023
