## STAFF BENEFIT:

## EMPLOYEE ASSISTANCE PROGRAM

At Satellite Office, our employees’ mental health and wellness matters. In July, we launched a new employee benefit, the Employee Assistance Program (EAP), to help our staff handle work and life-related challenges by providing confidential counselling and professional intervention. EAP, through our provider ComPsych, offers free confidential short-term counseling and resources that your team can consult whenever and wherever.

Since the launch, the EAP has been an important resource for our staff. Here is an infographic showing information on the utilisation of the program.
