EMPLOYEE OF THE QUARTER: Clarisse Kendall
"Clarisse has handled working from home like a champ. She continues to be professional, on time, coordinated, dedicated and focused even during a time when all of us are floating in the sea of distractions. When external forces from work from home stymie here, she finds an alternative route. When the internet goes out in her building, she works off a hotspot and she lets me know so that we can make a mitigating plan for how to make sure balls don’t get dropped. Her personality is positive and future thinking."

EMPLOYEE OF THE QUARTER: Rose Marie Montaño
"Rose has been with our company since 4th of November 2016, she is one of our tenured Sales Specialist.
Rose has gone above and beyond what has been requested of her in many meaningful and substantive ways to make the business grow more with her contributions. Recently, our world has been turned upside down with many changes, and one of these is working on live chats for Mojo Sales in which she admitted she never had any experience being a chat support but she still tried and never complaint. Another big change is us working from home while we are in this pandemic situation. This has not been a challenge to Rose despite that fact that she has a kid and is the only parent looking after his son because his husband is working overseas. Her production when we are working in the office before and now that we are working from home has never change. She always makes sure that her production is above expectation."
