"Going the extra mile – Ren has stepped up and taken on a more senior role within the team environment. He has helped in maintaining a focus on the customer experience and help sustain the drive required by the team. Ren has also taken on a training role and was pivotal in integrating Vic and Ela into the inbound team.
Attitude and commitment – Ren have a solid approach to encouraging staff to perform. He also sets high standards to build consistency."
Jacob Isaac Villaruel
"Last quarter, Jay really stepped up and has now taken on extra responsibility for one of our key products that we sell. He has committed a lot of extra time to learning how these products work and ensuring successful outcomes for customers. Although he is not a customer facing employee, he has willingly jumped on customer calls to understand their requirements and ensure the project runs as smoothly as possible.
Jay consistently delivers high quality of work and is always a diligent worker. He takes his time to understand the customers’ requirements (whether that be internal or external) and ensures the result is of the highest quality.
He has shown a lot of dedication in taking on these additional responsibilities last quarter. He has had to learn various new programs and has always done so with a smile on his face and a can-do attitude.
Jay is always providing suggestions for how we can streamline and improve the feedback process for projects. A most recent example of this is moving our project management process to a Jira board in order to enable more collaboration and greater visibility on the progress of each item."

SATELLITE OFFICE SUPPORT TEAM AWARD

Members of our Support Team collaborate to ensure excellent service delivery to our clients and their staff teams. Every month, we recognise one teammate, who best embodies our company core values.
Our Champ of the Month for January is our Executive Assistant, Aly Tamayo.
Aly embodies our core values, "Own It" and "Awesome Service". She is very proactive in making sure that our Support Team is able to deliver high quality service to our people through her excellent assistance in internal communications and procurement. She also doubles as tech support for our virtual events!
Detail-oriented and shows ownership of her tasks, Aly is a reliable partner not just to all departments of Satellite Office. Our organisation truly values her contributions, and we're proud to have her in our team!
