SO-LEAD: Helping your teams reach their full potential

    SO-LEAD, our Learning & Development platform, to help our clients develop their teams to meet the changing needs of their business. 

    In this interview, Pat, one of our clients, shared her experiences and thoughts about SO-LEAD, and how their team has benefitted from Satellite Office's L&D initiatives. 

    SO: How long have you been using SO-LEAD?

    Pat: We have been using SO LEAD since Sep 2021 so it's about 6 months now

    SO: Which SO-LEAD features do you use?

    Pat: Our team is currently using the Learning tab, Performance tab and Collaboration tab

    SO: What is your favourite thing about SO-LEAD?

    Pat: I like the interaction it creates which is slowly becoming our forefront of everyday engagement in continuous learning and self-development. With Helen’s support, there’s an ease in the learning curve by providing a quick customized experience and focused course overview. The team also can easily refer back to the courses anytime and it's accessible on their phones –the navigation makes it easy for the team to complete each course and assessments step by step, it's practically broken down into clear and simple steps.

    SO: How does SO-LEAD help you and your team?

    Pat: It helped us upgrade our team qualifications, teach each team member new skills and do quick refresher training sessions to better serve our customers. It also engages employees keeping their learners’ interest at peak and competitiveness with its course ratings.

    SO: Do you recommend SO-LEAD? Why?

    Pat: Definitely! It helped us find areas to maximise efficiency. It saved us time and money than hiring trainers and having to fit them into our work schedules. We consider ourselves as modern learners who prefer bite-sized and interactive content –which SO Lead was able to provide engaging content courses! Each of our team members has unique preferences and learning goals. SO LEAD allows us to choose our learning path while the team sail at their own pace. Simply put, when a team member decides what to learn and when they are proven to remain invested in the course.
