To celebrate the success and achievements of the company in FY’21, Satellite Office conducted a virtual town hall with its employees last 15 July.

Founder and CEO, Michael McRitchie, led the FY’21 virtual Town Hall to recap the performance in the recently concluded fiscal year and to commend all employees' contributions to the company’s latest feats. Satellite Office Country Manager, Jeff Blake, also shared future plans of further investing in resources for the growth of the business and Satellite Office employees.

Satellite Office recorded 24% growth at the end of FY’21, from 538 to 666 leased staff. Likewise, the Company also welcomed 21 new clients from across industries, who are looking for premium solutions and high quality talents to scale their respective operations.

On top of these, the Company also achieved the following in the latest fiscal year:

• Team growth to better support the client teams, functional groups with expert resources
• Process improvements for operational efficiency
• Highest number of corporate hires year on year (119 for FY’21 vs 99 for FY’20)
• +51 Net Promoter Score (NPS)
• 84% Customer Satisfaction Rating (CSAT)
• Customer Effort: +4.51 (“Easy”)
• Launch of SO-LEAD, a Learning and Development platform

Despite the challenges brought by the pandemic in the last year, Satellite Office finds way to highlight both small and big wins, as well as reaffirm the Company’s commitment to its clients and employees for the coming years.

To make the virtual celebration more fun, renowned motivational speaker and money guru, Mr. Chinkee Tan, conducted an entertaining talk on pandemic-proofing finances to equip SO employees with the financial knowledge they can use during these unprecedented times.

Positive outlook for FY’22

Satellite Office remains optimistic for the next fiscal year. Jeff Blake said, “We can get back on track and set our sights to hitting our next goals, which is to grow Satellite Office by moving to new markets this FY’22 and reaching 1000 headcount by the end of the year.”
